Mooseloom
Luxury private label and wholesale manufacturer of premium textiles, leather goods, footwear and fashion.
Mooseloom operates with the strength and precision of the moose. We do not build universal products. We engineer specific solutions for specific buyers, with complete control over every stage of production and personal accountability for every batch.
Every product is manufactured with genuine skill and attention. We do not cut corners. Premium materials, careful construction, and rigorous quality control in every order.
Different markets demand different solutions. We engineer fabrics and products for your specific destination, your climate, your buyers. Not generic. Specific.
"Quality should never be a negotiation."
From raw material to finished product, every decision is made with the same question: is this good enough to carry the Mooseloom name? If the answer is no, it does not leave our facility.

How Your Order Moves
Every private label project follows a structured, transparent path. Each phase has a defined output so you always know what we are doing and what comes next.
You submit your project details. We review your product category, quantity, and timeline within 48 hours and confirm whether we are the right production fit before any work begins.
We formalize your product requirements into a working brief. If you have a tech pack, we review it and flag any production constraints. If you do not, our team prepares one from your sketches, references, and measurements before fabric work begins.
Our coordination team internally reviews fabric and material options against your brief. For textile orders, we align on weave, weight, and colorway. If you need a custom fabric, we handle fabric development based on your spec. For leather goods, we assess hide grade, finish, and hand-feel, then present options for your approval.
Before sampling starts, we collect and verify all your branding assets. This includes woven neck labels, size labels, care labels, hang tags, packaging spec, and any embroidery or print artwork. Everything is checked for print-readiness and production compatibility.
A physical sample is built from your approved materials and construction spec. You receive detailed photos, measurements, and a sample report. No bulk is cut until you give written sign-off on the sample.
Production begins after written sample approval. Cutting, stitching, finishing, and labeling are performed inside our Bursa facility under a dedicated team assigned to your order alone.
Every finished unit is inspected before packing. Measurements, seam strength, material conformity, and label placement are checked against the approved sample. Units that fail are reworked or replaced, not shipped.
Finished goods are packed in your branded packaging with hang tags attached and shipped on the agreed timeline. A full production summary and QA report ship with your order documentation.
Quality Assurance
Our quality control process is not a final checkbox. It runs in parallel with every stage of production so problems are caught and corrected before they become your problem.
No bulk production starts without a written sign-off on the physical sample. This gate exists to protect your brand from surprises at delivery.
Dimensions are verified against your approved spec at cutting, after stitching, and again post-finishing. Three independent measurement points per order.
Every production stage is photographed and logged. You receive a photo report showing your product at cutting, stitching, finishing, and pre-shipment packing.
Before any carton is sealed, a final audit reviews label placement, folding spec, packing count, and overall product presentation against your brief.
Any unit that fails inspection is reworked or replaced before shipment. Defect rates are reported transparently in your QA summary, never hidden.
A signed QA summary with pass rates, inspection dates, and inspector name ships with every order. It is your record of what was checked and who approved it.
