Under the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK, Law No. 6698), Article 11, you have the right to submit a formal request to Mooseloom as the data controller regarding your personal data.
Your Rights Under KVKK Article 11
- Right to learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Right to information about the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
- Right to know which third parties your data has been shared with
- Right to correction of incomplete or inaccurate data (KVKK Art. 11/d)
- Right to deletion or destruction where the conditions under KVKK Article 7 are met
- Right to notification that correction or deletion has been communicated to third parties
- Right to object to decisions that arise solely through automated processing and affect you negatively
- Right to compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing
Processing Time: We will respond to your request within 30 days of receipt. In complex cases, this may be extended by a further 30 days, and you will be informed. If your request is refused or insufficiently answered, you have the right to file a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu) at
www.kvkk.gov.tr.
