Sampling and Feasibility

Sampling and Feasibility Before Volume Production

Before an order goes into production, Mooseloom confirms that it can be made to your specification at your quantity, then builds the samples that production will follow.

Who This Service Is For

What Is Included

Development Is Paid Work

Qualified projects receive one preliminary commercial review during application. Detailed costing, repeated quotes, material development, factory engineering and sampling begin after the development payment.

Development fees are separate from production. The fee covers the development work only and does not set or guarantee the production price, which is confirmed at order.

Process

Step 1: Feasibility review

Review the specification, materials and quantity against production and flag any constraint.

Step 2: Development payment

Agree the sampling scope and fee. Work begins once the development payment is received.

Step 3: Sample build

Build the sample to the agreed specification, with your labels where available.

Step 4: Sample report

Send photos, measurements and notes on construction and finish.

Step 5: Revisions

Revise within the agreed scope until the sample is approved in writing.

Step 6: Production handover

The approved sample becomes the production standard for your order.
