It is the complete DNA of your product, containing the exact balance, tolerance, and construction techniques that define your brand unique aesthetic. Because we recognize that your tech packs represent years of refined expertise and trial, Mooseloom treats these documents with the same level of security and discretion that a financial institution applies to sensitive transaction ledgers. We do not view tech packs as mere manufacturing guides, we treat them as highly classified intellectual capital that must be protected from replication, theft, or misuse.
Our commitment to tech pack security begins with our internal digital infrastructure. When you submit your technical specifications to Mooseloom, they are stored within a secure, encrypted digital vault. We do not store these documents on public cloud servers, nor do we allow them to be distributed via unprotected messaging applications. Only the specific master pattern maker and production manager assigned to your project are granted access to these files. This strict access control prevents the internal leakage of design details and ensures that your product blueprints are only ever viewed by those who are directly responsible for translating them into physical garments.
A common concern for luxury brands is that a manufacturer might reuse their patterns, grading curves, or construction details to benefit another client. At Mooseloom, we have established a rigid policy against technical repurposing. The blocks, fit specifications, and grading systems that you share with us are used exclusively for your brand production. We never adapt, copy, or reference your technical blueprints for any other project, regardless of how similar the products may be. Your technical innovations and proprietary fits remain your exclusive property, preserved in their purest form within our secure archives.
The digital protection of your tech packs is mirrored by physical security in our Bursa pattern room. Any physical pattern drafts, cardboard blocks, or sample prints generated during the development process are kept in locked storage cabinets when not actively in use by our pattern makers. Once production is completed and finalized, these physical patterns are either archived securely in our vaults for your future collections or destroyed in accordance with your explicit instructions. By maintaining absolute control over both the digital and physical representations of your blueprints, we eliminate the vulnerabilities that often compromise designs in less disciplined manufacturing environments.
