The foundation of our relationship is established before a single design document is sent. We do not require you to share sensitive tech packs or artwork during our initial introductory calls. Instead, we begin with a clear, enforceable non-disclosure agreement that conforms to international intellectual property standards. Because we operate as a direct, vertically integrated manufacturer in Bursa, Turkey, without any intermediaries or external subcontractors, your designs never leave our secure physical and digital infrastructure. Every design, pattern, and fabric specification is kept within our internal systems, accessible only to the specific technicians assigned to your sampling process.
First-time buyers often worry that their designs will be used for other clients or displayed to visitors in our showroom. We maintain a strict policy of client isolation. Our facility in Turkey is closed to the public, and client showrooms are strictly private and segregated. The samples we create for you are stored in secure lockers and are never used as display models or reference pieces for other brands. When you work with us, you are working with a manufacturer that values invisible service. We do not feature your custom creations in our public marketing, and we do not share your brand name with other prospective clients to win their business. Your identity remains entirely confidential.
