Sample Security
The sample development phase is one of the most critical stages in the creation of a luxury collection. It is the moment when a digital design or paper sketch is first translated into a physical prototype. Because these early samples represent the vanguard of your upcoming collection, they are incredibly sensitive assets that must be protected from competitive exposure. At Mooseloom, we have developed a secure sampling process that ensures your prototypes are created in absolute isolation. We protect these early designs with the same rigorous care that we apply to full scale production runs, guaranteeing that your concepts remain hidden until launch.
Our sample development takes place in a dedicated, secure studio within our Bursa facility, physically separated from our main production floors. This specialized space is restricted to our senior sample makers, pattern cutters, and technical designers. No other factory staff or external visitors are permitted to enter this studio. Your prototype fabrics, sample patterns, and experimental dye lots are kept in secure lockers at the end of each day. This strict physical separation ensures that your upcoming designs are never exposed to cross-contamination or casual observation, providing a safe laboratory for creative refinement.
The creation of samples inevitably generates physical waste, including fabric scraps, trial prints, and imperfect prototypes. In many standard manufacturing facilities, this waste is discarded carelessly, creating a significant risk of design leaks. At Mooseloom, we treat sampling waste with the highest level of security. All discarded fabric swatches, test prints, and cutting waste are collected and destroyed securely within our facility. Trial prototypes that do not meet your exact specifications are cataloged, stored securely, and either delivered to your team or destroyed under strict supervision. We ensure that no physical evidence of your designs leaves our facility unauthorized.
When a sample is ready for your review, the process of transporting it to your design office must be handled with equal discretion. We package all prototypes in anonymous, secure, and tamper-evident packaging before shipping. We utilize trusted, premium courier services with end-to-end tracking to ensure your samples are delivered directly to your designated representatives. Our direct manufacturing model means that your samples never pass through intermediate agencies or trading offices. Every step, from the first cut of the sample fabric to the moment the prototype arrives at your door, is managed in a secure, unbroken chain of custody.
