Client Protection
Sharing a design file, pattern, artwork, or tech pack is an important step in building a collection. It often represents months of creative thinking, brand planning, material research, and commercial risk. At Mooseloom, we treat that first exchange with the seriousness it deserves. Your information is handled as private brand property from the moment it reaches our team.
Our role is to make production feel secure, organized, and respectful. Design files, reference samples, measurements, labels, trims, fabric details, and client notes are reviewed only by the people directly involved in development and production. We keep communication focused, access limited, and project information organized so your collection can move forward without unnecessary exposure.
Your designs remain yours. We do not use client work as public marketing material, and we do not present private projects as examples unless a client has clearly approved that use. This approach protects both your creative identity and the timing of your launch. Whether you are preparing a first capsule or expanding an established collection, your work stays connected to your brand alone.
Confidentiality is not a single promise made at the beginning of a project. It is a daily discipline throughout sampling, cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, and shipment. Our Bursa team works with the understanding that private label production depends on quiet execution. The goal is simple: help you turn your ideas into finished goods while protecting the creative value behind them.
